Search Queries
If you type a name, location, or other search term into a third-party search box, that query is sent to the provider operating the tool. Delaware County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own jail roster or records database.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we may keep the information you provide long enough to review and respond. We do not share contact messages outside our organization unless a legal requirement, court order, or similar obligation requires it.

Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of the destination site applies.

Indiana's Access to Public Records Act, IC 5-14-3, governs many public-record requests to government offices. It does not make this private site the custodian of Delaware County booking, jail, court, or prosecution records.
